Instructions
for ordering Gosiger Companies Products
Getting
Started
- You
have to register to order your products. You can either call us
(937-222-9418) and we will pre-register you, or you can register
yourself.
- Follow
the link on the email you receive, click on “Account Registration”
and fill out the required information.
- Choose
“Existing Account” and enter Gosiger Account Number 127
- Use
your first initial last name as your username and “gosiger” as
your password.
- Once
logged on click on the Division you wish to order products for.
Business
Cards (Using Gosiger Corporate
as an example)
- After
opening the business card page enter the job name. Use a job name
that identifies both you and the product ordering. For example
“Joe Smith Bus Cards”
- Using
the drop-down menu under Job Name select the quantity you would
like to order.
Customizing
Your Product
- Fill
in your name, title, and using the drop down menu select the appropriate
location.
- When
you choose your location it will automatically fill in the division
address/fax/phone. IF you are from Dayton/
Corporate you will need to fill in your Fax/Phone numbers as there
are unique fax and phone numbers for different departments.
- You
MUST first push the “Update Preview” button, and you can then
view and print it as PDF by pushing the “Open PDF Proof” button.
You need to have pop-up blockers turned off and be using Internet
Explorer 6.0 or higher.
- If
something is incorrect change the information in the appropriate
fields and click “update document” until it is correct.
- Approve
the card by clicking on “I’ve reviewed and approved this job.”
- “Add
to Cart” at the bottom of the page will start your order, and
take you back to the product page.
Other
Products
The
process is the same for customizing letterheads and envelopes.
Follow the links to those products from the “products page” for
all Gosiger divisions.
Making
the Purchase
- When
you are ready to checkout click on the “Check Out” button.
- You
can check your shopping cart by double clicking on an item.
- The
division you choose for your product will default as your shipping
address; if you want to ship to a different address click on the
Rolodex icon and enter it.
- All
orders will be billed directly to the corporate office.
- Select
how you would like the order shipped.
