Instructions for Uploading files and Logging on to our “Print Storefront”

         What you can do

  • First, you'll get to the Oregon Storefront Log-in page. From here you can do 1 of 3 things:   
     
    1. Upload files to Oregon (Even if you don’t have an account).
    2. Register yourself and set your user name and password if we have pre-set your account to be Web-Ready. This is for companies we have set-up web based catalogs for.
    3. Log in if your account is already set-up

    How to Upload Files

  • Let’s start with uploading files to Oregon, since this is our most widely used service. And don’t worry, it’s easier than you think.
       
      • From the Storefront log-in page, Scroll down to the "Shortcuts" section on the left and click on "Send Files".
     
      • You will be taken to the "File Upload History" page and you can push the "Upload A File" button.
       
      • That will open up the FTP console and ask you for your name, Phone number and your E-mail address. Fill in these fields and click next.
       
      • You will now be asked to browse your computer for the file you want to upload.
  • If you have more than 1 file (Graphics, fonts, Photos, job description, ect) prior to sending them to us you should put them all in a folder and Zip (PC) it or Stuff it (Macintosh). You can upload a compressed folder, but you can not upload an un-compressed folder full of files.
     
    • Please fill out the comment section telling us what you are sending to us (It sure helps us to know what we are receiving).
     
    • Once the file is uploaded you will be given the chance to upload more files or close the window.

    • You have successfully uploaded us your files.
    • That will alert us that a file has been uploaded, As always, since good communication trumps all other methods of not messing up a print job; let us know what your expectations of this job are.
 

Registration, User Name and Password

Now let’s talk about registering yourself with a user name and password. For now, this is for companies that we have set-up an On-line catalog for.

 
    • After we have confirmed that your account is web-ready and your catalog is ready, we will give you an account number. So click on the "Account Registration" link and that will take you to the “Registration” page.
     
    • Fill out the top part of the form and when you get to the second part of the form you will be asked if you are a "New Customer" or an "Existing customer". Pick Existing Customer and enter the account number we gave you. The last part of the form you will be asked to create a user name and a password. Either use something you can remember or record what you are using.
    • In the future,people will be able to register as new customers and shop in a generalized print store.
    • If you already have an account set-up, just log-in.
