Sales Representative
Oregon Printing is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join its team. The Sales Representative reports to the President and is responsible for identifying prospective customers and maintaining relationships with current customers, developing a deep understanding of customer needs, presenting solutions, and collaborating with operations to understand project capability and moving projects into production..
For more than 30 years, Oregon Printing has been helping organizations in the Dayton region and beyond create perfectly printed materials and manage their documents. Much of our work is in the Business, Creative, Healthcare, and Educational areas.
The Sales Representative Key Performance objectives in order of priority are:
- Developing strong relationships with decision makers in our defined markets, qualifies their needs and presents solutions through a consultative selling process that results in closing new business and achieving our sales targets.
- Clearly communicating the proposed customer solution to operations to ensure our capabilities match the customer’s needs, projects are properly quoted and project details are understood by all stakeholders.
- Monitoring project milestones and follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and we position ourselves to earn the right for additional business.
- Providing market intelligence to help define the direction of marketing initiatives that support sales efforts.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience. Basic knowledge of marketing and printing processes and proficient in using Microsoft Office products. This position requires a dedicated, results-driven self starter.
