Judd Plattenburg, President & co-owner. Judd has been with Oregon since 1983 as General Manager until he purchased the company in 2000. Judd is a graduate of the Graphic Communications Program at Kettering Fairmont and studied at Wright State University in Business Management and Computer Science. Hobbies include photography, canoeing, cast bullet shooting and most anything outdoors.

Bob Allbery, Vice President & co-owner. Bob graduated with Judd from the Graphic Communications Program at Kettering Fairmont and joined Oregon as a partner in mid-2005, after being a partner with another graphics and printing firm for 20 years. Bob is in charge of all production and prepress for the company. Bob’s hobbies include collecting antique Coleman lanterns, stoves (& stuff) as well as canoeing and outdoor activities.

Mike Green, General Manager. Mike is responsible for estimating and order entry, managing traffic as well as inside customer service. Mike has been very instrumental in developing the automated systems that handle estimating, order entry and purchasing. Mike proves that automation lets one guy do a lot. Mike is married with 2 small children (Logan and Chloe) and his hobbies include cards, golf, and basketball.

Anita Miller. Anita is in charge of accounting, finance and benefits administration. If you do business with Oregon, you know the bills get paid on time, the invoices go out on time and anything that’s not right gets questioned & fixed; That’s Anita and she has been doing this job for Oregon since 1985. Anita has worked with Mike automating our administrative workflows and once again proves that automation and a few good people can get a lot of work done very efficiently.

Steve Harrow. Steve’s been printing with Oregon since 1985. Steve primarily runs the 2/color Heidelberg Printmaster, but has the capability to run most anything in the shop. Steve has been right there through all of the changes: his input is based on years of pressroom experience. Steve has been around long enough that he knows what our customers expect and has a great eye when something is not right. Steve is as consistent as they come.

Jim Hoelscher. Jim has worked with Bob since 1989 in one capacity or another and between them have a great understanding of what needs to be done and how to do it. In 2005, Jim followed Bob over to the Oregon team and he fit right in. Jim has 2 kids, 1 at Wright State University studying nursing and 1 at The Ohio State University. Jim is a graduate from Patterson Co-op in printing and has been married for over 22 years. And get this…Jim is a 215 average bowler!

Dan Cordle. Dan studied Commercial Art and Business at Clark State University and has been in the world of graphics and printing since 1991. Dan came to us as a free agent in 2007 and we could not be happier, as he fits right into the pressroom environment and his knowledge is extremely helpful. Dan is married to wife Jill, has 2 sons Alan & James and hobbies include guitar, songwriting and coaching baseball.

Marty Munch. Marty is responsible for all bindery, finishing, and just making sure all equipment runs well. Marty comes from a family of printers and graduated from the Kettering Graphics Communications program at Fairmont (a few years after Judd & Bob). We are lucky to have the best small shop “Bindery Guy” in Dayton, plus he can fix anything. Marty has been working in a print shop since he was 12.

James Morgan. James has been printing for 25 years, 21 of which have been on Heidelberg’s. James has been married since 2004 with no kids, and he enjoys golf, fishing and camping in his spare time. James is a great asset and a major part of the 5-color team.

Mike Griffin, Shipping and Logistics. Mike graduated from Sinclair Community College with an associates degree in software development, and then went on to work for General Motors for 13 years, where he developed quite an expertise in logistics. Mike is married to wife Lori, has 2 young children, and enjoys singing and playing music as well as playing softball in his spare time.

Jim Allbery, Delivery Driver. Jim came to Oregon Printing after 35 of years working in the music industry in Boston. The opportunity to return to family and friends was a longtime ambition and coincided with Oregon’s desire to start their own delivery service. Working everyday with his brother Bob was the icing on the Cake! Jim is married and enjoys music, golf and especially…his family.

Mitch Baker, Pre-press Manager. Mitch is a graduate of the School of Advertising Art in Kettering, and uses these skills to solve prepress challenges and find solutions for our customers. He has been critical in implementing our Xitron workflow has great problem solving skills. Mitch really fills the gap between Customer Service and getting projects to the pressroom. Mitch enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, canoeing & riding bikes.

Summer Cutler, Customer Service Manager, Mind Reader & Typography Guru. Summer is also graduate of the School of Advertising Art with a background in graphic design and prepress, and has been in the print/design industry for seven years. She’s responsible for order writing, estimating and tracking down orders in the shop. Summer loves to work with people, has an enthusiastic personality and great attention to detail. In her spare time she loves hanging with her husband, friends and family… She also has an affinity for nail polish, concerts, typography and anything related to art and design.
