Judd Plattenburg,
President & CEO. Judd has been with Oregon since 1983 as General
Manager until he purchased the company in 2000. Judd is a graduate
of the Graphic Communications Program at Kettering Fairmont and
attended Wright State University in Business Management and Computer
Science. Hobbies include photography, canoeing, cast bullet shooting
and most anything outdoors.

Bob Allbery,
Vice President in charge of Production. Bob graduated with Judd
from the Graphic Communications Program at Kettering Fairmont and
joined Oregon as a partner in mid-2005, after being a partner with
another graphics and printing firm for 20 years.Bob is in charge
of all production and prepress for the company. Bob's hobbies include
collecting antique Coleman lanterns, stoves (& stuff) as well
as canoeing and outdoor activities.

Mike Green, General
Manager. Mike is responsible for estimating and order entry, managing
traffic as well as inside customer service. Mike has been very instrumental
in developing the automated systems that handle estimating, order
entry and purchasing. Mike proves that automation lets one guy do
a lot.

Joni Van:
Business Development Manager. Joni is a graduate of Morehead State
University. Her background is in the paper industry, selling to
local printers for over 24 years. Joni is responsible for sales
and customer support. She enjoys landscaping, horseback riding and
interior design.
Anita
Miller: Anita is in charge of accounting, finance and benefits
administration. If you do business with Oregon, you know the bills
get paid on time, the invoices go out on time and anything that's
not right gets questioned & fixed; That's Anita and she has
been doing this job for Oregon since 1985. Anita has worked with
Mike automating our administrative workflow's and once again proves
that automation and a few good people can get a lot of work done
very efficiently.
Pressroom
Steve
Harrow: Steve's been printing with Oregon for a long time;
since 1985 and runs the 2/color as the 4/color Heidelbersg. Steve
has been right there through all of the changes giving his input
based on years of pressroom experiance. Steve has been around long
enough that he knows what our customers expect and has a great eye
when something is not right. Steve is as consistent as they come.

Jim Hoelscher
: Jim has worked with Bob since 1989 in one capacity or
another and between them have a great understanding of what needs
to be done and how to do it. In 2005, Jim followed Bob over to the
Oregon team and he fit right in. Jim has 2 kids, 1 at Wright State
university studying nursing and 1 still in high school. Jim is a
graduate from Patterson Co-op in printing and has been married for
over 22 years. And get this...Jim is a 215 average bowler!
Dan
Cordle: Dan studied Commercial Art and Business at Clark
State University and has been in the world of graphics and printing
since 1991. Dan came to us as a free agent in 2007 and we could
not be happier, as he fits right into the pressroom environment
and his knowledge is extremely helpful. Dan is married to wife Jill,
has 2 sons Alan & James and hobbies include guitar, songwriting
and coaching baseball.
Marty
Munch: Marty is responsible for all bindery, finishing,
and just making sure all equipment runs well. Marty comes from a
family of printers and graduated from the Kettering Graphics Communications
program at Fairmont (a few years after Judd & Bob). We are lucky
to have the best small shop “Bindery Guy” in Dayton,
plus he can fix anything. Marty has been working in a print shop
since he was 12.
Shannon
Thomas, Shipping Manager & Bindery. Shannon is a graduate
of the Kettering Fairmont Graphic Communications program and then
graduated from Sinclair College in Printing Technologies. He is
staying on at Sinclair to earn a Graphic Design degree also. Shannon
has been an avid BMX bike rider, but has kind of laid that down
to refurb his new house (Shannon is a new home owner).
Prepress
Laurie
Jones, Prepress Manager. Laurie has extensive prepress
experience as well as an uncanny ability to trouble shoot electronic
file problems and find creative solutions.Laurie has been around
the pressroom environment for many years and knows what it takes
to move a job from electronics to the press. Laurie also teaches
Prepress II at Sinclair and is a proud new mother to Nathan, 9 pounds,
4 ounces on August 17,2005. Congratulations Laurie!
Mitch
Baker , Pre-press Technician, Graphic Design and Layout
Production. Mitch is a graduate of the School of Advertising Art
in Kettering, and uses these skills as a graphic designer, to solve
prepress challenges and find solutions for our customers. Mitch
has great problem solving skills and is filling the gap between
Customer Service and prepress. Mitch enjoys being outdoors hunting,
fishing, canoeing & riding bikes.
