How Do
We Do It?
Beside an efficient workflow
and great equipment, we utilize what we feel are some pretty unconventional
tools..
Order
Entry and Job Tracking - Getting it right from the Beginning
It starts when you place
an order with us. We have invested heavily in information technology
that allows everyone involved with your job to access critical information
about your job, From the front office to pre-press to the pressroom
to bindery and shipping, everyone who touches your job knows exactly
what you expect your job to look like when it's done. We don't rely
on word of mouth; we rely on a tested system.
And over time, that system
accumulates information about all your expectations. So if you're
coming back for a reprint, you can be assured that it will exactly
match the last time you had the job printed.
An
Involved Team Really Matters
Everyone on our team
is empowered to put the brakes on a job if they notice something
that isn't the way it should be. Maybe they notice the paper stock
isn't what you expected. Or maybe they catch a typographical error
- about 20 percent of the jobs we receive have them. Our entire
team is engaged in making sure they deliver your job to you exactly
the way you expected it to look.
Quality
Control: Critical Check Points
Your job will go through
a series of six check points before it makes it out the door. At
each of these checkpoints, we do a quality analysis. We check your
job against our order-entry system to make sure it is shaping up
the way you want it to. If something is out of order, we fix it
before your job moves on.
Digital
Asset Management - It's there when you need it
We have invested in equipment
and procedures that will make sure we can always find a copy of
your jobs when you need them. We have an extensive archiving and
cataloging system that stores multiple copies both on and off premises
of all past printing jobs and electronic files. That helps ensure
you that reprinting can be done quickly and accurately. It also
makes it easier for you to make updates to past projects.
